The visual images that resonate with Sue and are a source of inspiration are those associated with water, sail, big skies and skylines, the lofty and the architectural. She looks for the colours and forms, rhythms and patterns reminiscent of those perfect moments which lift the spirit
Working with painted papers, fabric and stitch with broken lines and transitional colours she aims to suggest images that will also find resonance with the viewer.
